When you waterski in Bremerhaven, you’re riding on historic water.
Between 1955 and 1965, enthusiasts were already meeting on the River Lune—right where our course is located today, in the Luneplate area. Back then, you got there via a dirt track through Lanhausen, and the “club grounds” were a wetland surrounded by farmland. It was improvised—but driven by huge passion.
